By simply dialing the USSD short code *544#, you can get an advance on airtime to buy your favorite Airtel voice or data bundle, make All Network calls & SMS. You can also Kopa voice and data bundles directly.
The service allows you to pay back your borrowed airtime or bundle on your next recharge.
This is a service that allows you to get advance airtime and voice & data bundles and pay back on your next top up.
All Airtel prepaid customers who have made at least 2 top up amounts in the last 3 months are eligible for Kopa Credo.

To qualify for higher Kopa Credo denomination, you need to use your Airtel line more on voice, data, SMS and Airtel Money.
The amount you receive is less the service fee which is deducted upfront.

Yes, to continue enjoying the Kopa Credo services please repay any outstanding debt first to borrow again.
You will need to top up the exact amount or more of the owed amount and the money will be deducted automatically to fully pay your Kopa Credo loan.
Yes, it is possible to do so, any amount topped up will be deducted to pay the loan.
The Kopa loan amount will NOT be recovered. To repay your kopa, please top up your account via Airtel Money, MPESA, Voucher or Bank topup.

- An airtime advance request cannot be cancelled once submitted.
- Airtime advanced may be used to buy bundles, make all network calls and SMS.
- Customer will be required to repay the full Kopa Credo limit amount advanced for one to be allowed to request for a new advance.
- Airtel reserves the right to make deductions from your airtime without your prior consent until the airtime advance amount is recovered in full. At Airtel’s discretion, the airtime advance may be recovered in lump sum or instalments until it is recovered in full.
- Airtel may proactively alert you of the existence of the service.
- Airtel reserves the right to vary the service fee, service specifications and/or these terms & conditions from time to time.
- 12. The information provided by you, or relating to your use of Airtel services, will always be kept confidential. Airtel reserves the right to store and analyze such information for purposes of assessing your eligibility to use the service, recovering the airtime advance amounts and for market research.
- The Kopa Credo service is not fault free. The quality and availability of services may be affected by various factors including (but not limited to) acts of God, geographical topography, weather conditions, planned maintenance or rectification of systems used in delivering the Service. Airtel and its service providers shall not be held responsible for any delay in service delivery.
- Without prejudice to any other remedies available at law, Airtel reserves the right to immediately terminate use of the services by you if it has reason to believe that you are using - or have used at any time - the service in a manner that is unauthorized, unlawful or fraudulent.
- Airtel will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage resulting from any failure, interruption, delay, suspension or restriction of the Kopa Credo service.
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Kenya.
