Data GBs are allocated daily at midnight; any unused resources are rolled over to the following day until bundle expiry.
Unused resources, (all net minutes, SMS and Data) will be rolled over if you purchase the same plan within 24hrs of expiry.
You will have a 24-hour grace period after the bundle expires to buy the same bundle and have your unused resources rolled over to the new package.
Yes, you can buy the same bundle multiple times a month. This will extend the validity by 30 days from the latest purchase date.
The Bundle bought first will be given priority on usage. Both Bundles will roll over unused resources to the next day until their expiry.
When you upgrade or downgrade, all the resources of the previous bundle will continue running till expiry in parallel with the new bundle resources.
Data allocation will be 1GB a day plus any rolled over resources until the new expiry date.

No, Roaming charges will apply when roaming.
• Eligibility Smarta Bundles are available to all Airtel customers, including new and existing prepaid users.
The Smartphone Acquisition Offer will be available for all new prepaid smartphone customers only:
• Customers can purchase Smarta Bundles by dialling *544#, *334# or via the My Airtel App.
• Payment can be made using Airtime or Mobile Money.
• Smarta Bundles are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Data is allocated daily at midnight,
• On-net minutes resets and daily allocation done at midnight
• All-net Minutes and SMS are allocated at purchase
• Daily Unused data resources are rolled over to the following day.
• Customers have a 24-hour grace period after bundle expiry to renew and roll over their unused resources.
• Any unused resources (Data, Minutes, and SMS) will roll over if the same Smarta Bundle is purchased within 24 hours of expiry.
• On-net Minutes allocation will be given priority when calling on-net before all-net minutes
• Customers can purchase the same bundle multiple times within a month.
• If a customer purchases multiple Smarta Bundles (i.e. both Smarta 1000 and Smarta 1500), the first purchased bundle will be used first.
• When upgrading or downgrading between Smarta Bundles, the resources of the previous bundle will remain active until expiry, running in parallel with the new bundle.
• Each new purchase extends validity by 30 days from the latest purchase date.
• If a customer buys a second or more of the same Smarta bundle before the current one expires, data allocation will be 1GB per day for Smarta 1000 & 2GB per day for Smarta 1500, plus any rolled-over data until the new expiry date. All-net minutes and SMS will roll over. On-net minutes will be 100 minutes a day data until the new expiry date
Smarta Bundles offer 100% cashback as airtime on the following Airtel Money transaction charges:
• All Paybill and Till transactions charges.
• Bank to Wallet transactions charges.
• Airtel Money agent withdrawal charges.
The following transactions are excluded from cashback (Rudishiwa):
• Betting sites Paybill and Till transactions.
• Sending money to other mobile networks
Customers can check their remaining data, minutes, and SMS balance by:
• Dialing *544*3#.
• Checking their account on the My Airtel App.
Other Terms
• Out of bundle usage will be charged at the current as you Go rates.
• The data allocation for Smarta Bundles can be used to access all internet sites, including streaming audio music and videos.
• ALL net minutes can be used to call all local telcos
• ALL net SMS can be used to SMS all local telcos
• You cannot transfer the bonus data resources to other subscribers.
• Smarta Bundles are not for re-sale. You therefore will not resell the Bundle purchased from Airtel Kenya without its consent. Airtel Kenya reserves the right to withdraw this Product from you if you breach these terms.
• The Smarta Bundles will not be available to roaming subscribers. Charges applicable for Roaming are available on https://airtelkenya.com/ Roaming means the use of telecommunication services while you are in other countries but using an Airtel SIM Card.
• An SMS notification will be sent once the data allocation for this Bundle is depleted and/when when the validity period expires.
The following transactions are excluded from cashback (Rudishiwa):
• Betting sites Paybill and Till transactions.
• Sending money to other mobile networks

7. The Smarta Bundles will not be available to roaming subscribers. Charges applicable for Roaming are available on https://airtelkenya.com/ Roaming means the use of telecommunication services while you are in other countries but using an Airtel SIM Card.
8. An SMS notification will be sent once the data allocation for this Bundle is depleted and when the validity period expires.
• Airtel reserves the right to modify or discontinue Smarta Bundles at any time.
• Any changes to these Terms will be communicated via SMS, the Airtel website, or other official channels
