While on VoLTE, you will be able to access mobile data services at 4G speeds simultaneously too

All 4G subscribers using Airtel Kenya VoLTE supported handsets can enjoy VoLTE and no need to subscribe.

VoLTE should be automatically enabled for your device. To ensure your VoLTE device works properly, ensure to install latest SW updates.

For Android users, the “HD/VoLTE” icon will appear on the top bar of your phone screen. For iPhone users, it will simply show “LTE”.

All iPhone devices that support VoLTE and upgradable to iOS 15.5
NB: Supplementary services activated on iPhones i.e., Call waiting, Call forwarding & XYZ will initially cause a fall back to 2G/3G network. However, we will work on amending this soon.
